Buying a mirror online is fantastically convenient, but what happens if you are not happy with your purchase? At DMO we believe in serving our customers to the best of our ability – offering you the best possible, risk-free service that we can. That’s why, we are pleased to confirm that in the unlikely event that you wish to return your purchase we will organise the return for you at NO COST to you. All we ask is that you notify us within 3 days of delivery, and that the mirror is put back into its original packaging and resealed. Of course we accept returns after the 3-day period and up to 28 days after delivery, but these would need to be returned to us at your own cost.
