At Decorative Mirrors Online successful delivery of your chosen products is of crucial importance to us. Above all, we want you to be happy with your purchase and that it gets to you in perfect condition within the stated time frame.
Our Method of Delivery
For our larger and more delicate mirrors, our chosen delivery method is through a specialised 2man mirror delivery transport service who operate their own fleet of vehicles throughout the UK. This service works with defined delivery windows, dependent on customer postcode. Once your order is placed we will inform you within 1 working day on the estimated delivery day. Closer to the estimate you will receive communication from the courier advising specific delivery day and time slot. If the delivery day is not suitable then the courier will do as much as they can to offer alternative options.
For our smaller mirrors, we make use of a highly reliable, fast and careful courier service. This means we can often deliver your chosen mirror within 3 days of you placing your order.
Non UK Mainland Deliveries
All prices quoted on the site include FREE delivery to anywhere within the UK mainland. For deliveries to Northern and Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and Islands please enter your details at checkout once you have selected your mirrors and any additional delivery cost will be displayed for you.
Please note our delivery services to Southern Ireland and selected products to Northern Ireland have currently been suspended. We recommend emailing ahead of any potential orders to these regions so that we can provide you with the most accurate and up to date information.

Europe and Rest of World Deliveries
We regret that we are currently unable to deliver any mirrors outside of UK However if you are able to organise your own transport please do get in touch with us and we can discuss the options.
How Quickly?
Mirrors, in stock, to be supplied within the UK mainland will usually be delivered within 7 working days of receipt of full payment and your order being accepted. We will contact you by email or phone/text, in advance, to notify you of their intended delivery date and time.
We can often get mirrors to you much quicker, depending on the mirror and your location – so if it’s urgent give us a call or email us at sales@decorativemirrorsonline.co.uk and we will do what we can to meet your delivery timetable (this may be subject to an additional fee).
In the unlikely event that your requested item has become out of stock since the time of placing your order, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your preferred options.

Items are delivered to the required delivery address as supplied.
Accepting your delivery
Please ensure you thoroughly check your items for any damage/defect at the point of delivery. Once goods are accepted signed or not signed for, no responsibility can be taken by DMO for any loss or damage whatsoever.
In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and email us for a replacement or refund.

Packaging
The packaging is done for maximum protection and not for the "look". In many cases the mirrors are re-inspected after manufacture and therefore the packaging has been re-taped. This reduces the amount of new packaging which in turn helps to reduce waste. Most of the packaging is recyclable
