You can return your mirror within 30 days of delivery, completely free of charge. We’ll arrange a courier collection, no trips to the post office required.

To be eligible for a return:
Mirrors must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged. All packaging and protective materials must be included. Proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return
Simply email our UK-based support team sales@decorativemirrorsonline.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll handle the rest, We always try our best to arrange the collection on a day that is convenient for you.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your mirror arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll swiftly organise a replacement or full refund, entirely at our cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 working days for the amount to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your mirror for a different style or size, our team will coordinate this seamlessly.
