Free 30-Day Returns

You can return your mirror within 30 days of delivery, completely free of charge. We’ll arrange a courier collection, no trips to the post office required.

Mirrors must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged. All packaging and protective materials must be included. Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your mirror arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll swiftly organise a replacement or full refund, entirely at our cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 working days for the amount to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your mirror for a different style or size, our team will coordinate this seamlessly.

we recommend regular gentle cleaning with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these may damage the frame or mirror surface.

When cleaning the frame we would advise to avoid using any chemical by simply gently wiping the frame with a soft dry cloth.

For cleaning the mirror glass for best results, use a non-ammonia glass cleaner applied to the cloth rather than directly onto the mirror.
