At Decorative Mirrors Online successful delivery of your chosen products is of crucial importance to us. Above all, we want you to be happy with your purchase, and that it gets to you in perfect condition, and within the stated time frame.
Our Method of Delivery
For our larger and more delicate mirrors, our chosen delivery method is through a privately - run specialised mirror delivery transport service who operate their own fleet of vehicles throughout the UK. The service used defined delivery windows, dependent on customer postcode and we will let you about your exact dispatch date, when we contact you to arrange delivery.
For our smaller mirrors, we make use of a highly reliable, fast and careful courier service. This means we can often deliver your chosen mirror within 2 days of you placing your order.
On occasions, when delivering within the M25 we may use alternative single pickup or single drop off services.
Non UK Mainland & Europe Deliveries
All prices quoted on the site include FREE delivery to anywhere within the UK mainland. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Eire, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Highlands and Islands will be subject to an additional delivery charge of £20 - £70. (NB Very large mirrors requiring specialist handling will be subject to individual pricing - please contact us directly).
We frequently and successfully send our mirrors to many countries in mainland Europe. Before placing your order, please contact us for an accurate delivery quote, either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on +44 1635 818800. Please let us know which mirror(s) you are interested in and which Town, Country and postcode we will be delivering to.
Rest of World
We regret that we are currently unable to deliver any mirrors outside of Europe. However if you are able to organise your own transport please do get in touch with us and we can discuss the options.
Mirrors to be supplied within the UK mainland will usually be delivered within 5 working days of receipt of full payment and your order being accepted. We will contact you by email or phone, in advance, to notify you of their intended delivery date and time.
Made to Order mirrors - 28 days of placing an order
In the unlikely event that your requested item has become out of stock since the time of placing the order, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your preferred options.
Should you require express delivery then please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
FREE RETURNS - THE ULTIMATE PEACE OF MIND.
Buying a mirror online is fantastically convenient, but what happens if you are not happy with your purchase? At DMO we believe in serving you, our customer to the best of our ability - offering you the best possible, risk free service that we can. To that effect, we are pleased to confirm that in the unlikely event that you wish to return your purchase we will organise the return for you at NO EXTRA COST. All we ask is that you notify us within 3 days of delivery, and that the mirror is put back into its original packaging and resealed. Of course we accept returns within 28 days, but these would need to be returned to us at your own cost.
NB: OUR FREE RETURN POLICY APPLIES ONLY IN MAINLAND UK. Please contact us directly if you are ordering/returning from Northern Ireland, Eire or Europe.

Find it for less and we'll match it
At DMO, we believe that all our products offer excellent value for money and that our prices are among the lowest you will find on the internet or in retail outlets.
If you find an item for a lower price elsewhere then we will endeavour to match or beat the price, providing, in our opinion, the following conditions are met.
• The same products are being sold for a lower price by a reputable company.*
• The price must be inclusive of VAT and any additional charges e.g. delivery.
• The item must be brand new and not end of line or returned stock.
• This must be the normal price of the item i.e. not in a sale or on special offer.
• You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves e.g. website address.
• The alternative item must currently be available.
• Price promise only applies to goods available in the UK.
* This does not include auction sites like eBay or non-UK based competitors and must be the advertised price.
Please note that we reserve the right not to uphold the price promise if doing so would result in DMO making a loss.
